WARRANTY

  1. All products must be registered within 60 days of the purchase date. If not registered, the warranty will default to 1 year of coverage.
  2. Products purchased from non-authorized dealers carry no warranty.
  3. Proof of purchase is required. (If not submitted, the warranty will default to 1 year of coverage.)
  4. Warranties are non-transferable.

GEN 3: 10 Year Warranty

The latest model, identified by a serial number tag, new Gen3 and kWh graphics, and dual comm ports.

GEN 2: 8 Year Warranty

Identified by a serial number tag, specific graphics, a power button and a steel case design.

GEN 1: Continued Support

Gen 1 batteries do not have a serial number or a power button, and may have a plastic or steel thru-hole case.
